To meet the needs of the aviation employees on the Ardmore Airpark, the concept of having a well prepared, quick and hearty meal within minutes and at a reasonable price became the goal. This goal became realized by offering a limited menu and a daily Blue Plate special.
Lunch is served Monday through Friday 11AM to 2PM, and all food is prepared by a chef who is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
All desserts are home made, and many are JAKE’s favorite recipes from his home and ranch. |
